The European Commission's Directorate General for Translation recently released a large translation memory of millions of aligned sentences in up to 22 languages. These translation memories can now be downloaded for free here.Other large translation memories available include Elanex's Translation Search Engine, a free tool prepopulated with over 30 million translated sentences.
